Includes 
Plain Flour (Wheat, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Granulated Sugar, Icing Sugar & Fondant (Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Glycerol, Mono-and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbatre). 
 
All products are made in a kitchen that prepares products containing nuts, where traces may be found.

Shipping & Delivery - Biscuits 
 
All biscuits are made and dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing your order, unless delays or fully booked status’ are otherwise stated.
Please read all details of the product listing before purchasing, as all items are made to order and cannot be returned without fault. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery, of which shipping costs are based on parcel weight and size. Once the parcel has been processed by Royal Mail you will be sent a confirmation of shipping email with your tracking number, where you can check for delivery updates via the Royal Mail website. 
 
Postal Delays/Damages, Returns & Refunds
Although Royal Mail First Class Tracked services aim to deliver within 3 working days, by no means does Royal Mail note this can be guaranteed and therefore Savyteecakes cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to Royal Mail postal services. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email with tracking number, please use the Royal Mail website for any queries you may have regarding the whereabouts of your order. 
Although not often the case, it is possible that your order could become damaged whilst in transit under the care of Royal Mail. If you are unhappy with the condition of which you receive your order, please send us a picture of your received product and ship the order back to us in full within 3 days of receiving, so we can resolve the delivery issue with Royal Mail. We will instruct you on how to return the item(s) and refund your postage in full. 
All products are personalised and made fresh to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded without fault. Orders will not be refunded if Royal Mail Delivery is late/delayed. In the case where an order has been placed in error and has not yet been made by Savyteecakes an exchange or refund may be offered, however a processing fee will be charged.
